1. Use of Our Website and Services
Love Impact Coalition exists to provide community health access, volunteer opportunities, and event-based outreach. All materials on this site are for informational and service-related purposes only.
You agree not to misuse our content, impersonate others, or submit false information when registering for services or volunteering.
2. Volunteer Participation
All volunteers are required to sign in on-site and comply with clinic protocols, including confidentiality, professionalism, and safety procedures. Failure to comply may result in removal from participation.
We reserve the right to assign, reassign, or deny volunteer roles as needed based on capacity, availability, or safety.
3. Health Disclaimer
Our Free Clinics provide access to dental, vision, and medical services on a first-come, first-served basis until we reach capacity. Services are provided by licensed volunteer professionals. Love Impact Coalition is not responsible for individual health outcomes or medical decisions made during or after your visit.
4. Communications
By signing up on our website or through our forms, you consent to receive communications from Love Impact Coalition via email, text, or phone. These communications may include event reminders, updates, follow-ups, and promotional materials.
You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to text messages or emailing us at info@loveimpactcoalition.org.
5. Media and Photography
By attending our events, you consent to be photographed or filmed. These images may be used in future promotional materials, social media, grant reporting, and outreach campaigns. If you prefer not to be photographed, please alert the on-site registration team.
6. Zero Tolerance Policy
Love Impact Coalition maintains a Zero Tolerance Policy for bullying, harassment, discrimination, or violence—toward staff, volunteers, or patients. This policy applies to all participants, including directors, sponsors, vendors, and guests. Violators will be removed and may be barred from future participation.
7. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date.
