Lakeisha Collins, FNP-C, MSN

Co-Medical Director

LaKesha Collins-Patterson, MSN, APRN, FNP-C, is a healthcare leader and Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of experience serving underserved and vulnerable populations across Louisiana. She is passionate about improving healthcare access and reducing barriers related to social determinants of health, including transportation, health literacy, financial hardship, and continuity of care.

A Baton Rouge native and graduate of Southern University and A&M College School of Nursing, LaKesha earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2005 and her Family Nurse Practitioner certification in 2013. She is currently pursuing her MBA at Louisiana State University Shreveport, further strengthening her focus on healthcare leadership, operations, and community impact.

She is actively involved in several professional and civic organizations, including the Alliance for Equity in Cancer Care (AECC) Community Advisory Board with Mary Bird Perkins Cancer Center. She is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and Chi Eta Phi Sorority, Incorporated, where she supports initiatives focused on education, health equity, and community service.

Above all, LaKesha remains committed to creating meaningful change in healthcare through leadership, compassion, and advocacy for communities that need it most.
